- GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your package should be shipped out within 2-3 days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 7~20 days from the date of shipment.

- HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a email.
- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff usually pack and ship your order asap, so it's not always possible to process address change requests.
However, if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
- I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please Contact Us with your name and order number for further assistance.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipping out, you will receive an email notification. Simply go to the link Track My Order and input your Order number and Email to see where your package is. Or on our website Track Your Order.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hommstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the tracked return postage as well as 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be processed within one hour of purchase. All cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking and cancel fee. After a 24 hour grace period, cancellations may not be processed. Please email us at info@hommstore.com for ay cancellation requests.
